FAQ:
1. Where is my theme i can't find it?
Themes appear under 'options icon' - 'themes' once downloaded, not in the download folder
2. I have ordered a theme but think i ordered the wrong version.
Contact us with this problem and we can quickly change your account to show the correct version.
3. How do i get the weather icon to work?
Themes with weather slots do not actually have a weather app built in to it. You need to download a weather app, loads of free ones in BlackBerry App World. Download one and then move it to the first application slot, it will then show on the home screen.
4. I have changed devices why doesn't the theme work?
Theme versions don't always work on other devices if they have a different screen size. We can change your theme version where necessary for you so it will work on your new device.
5. Can't remember password to log in to my account
We do not have access to your account details as they are all run by mobihand.com. You can click the 'log into my account' link in the THEMES page.
